Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds if the jersey you receive is damaged or defective upon arrival.
To qualify for a return or refund:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage.
- The jersey must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund for the jersey's purchase price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
PrimeJersey does not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection.
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong jersey, player name, number, or other customization details.
Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The refund will cover the cost of the jersey only and will not include any shipping fees.
