We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or other issues that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Once an order has been placed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it if processing has already begun.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

PrimeJersey is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted for damaged or defective jerseys.

Refunds cover the cost of the jersey only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or incorrect customization are not accepted. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, text, and designs, is the property of PrimeJersey and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrimeJersey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
